The day starts with networking over a continental breakfast, and continues with an intimate fireside chat, "Taking a Seat at the Table." Next, a panel discussion, "The Power of the Pivot," will feature real stories of career transformation.

Our shared goal of uplifting and supporting women across industries and roles includes networking opportunities, creativity activities, and a Connection Showcase featuring local businesses and organizations.

Our program concludes with lunch and an energizing and through-provoking keynote presentation from Hannah Kain, President & CEO of ALOM. Hannah will share her journey of learning to overcome fear and the personal strategies she uses to stay focused and mission-driven—both for herself and the organizations she leads. With insight drawn from navigating adversity and today’s rapidly changing business climate, she will provide tools for managing uncertainty and leading with confidence.
